Accreditation Results in 2013

The focus of the 2013 events was split between Managerial Engagement and Organisational Clarity. Organisations were divided into groups with similar profiles and attended workshops at our Art of Engagement facility to collectively discuss how we might improve this. Delegates were profiled based on the questions which were most highly correlated with workplace engagement for their organisation from the 2013 process allowing us to tailor the workshops to be as relevant as possible to the attendees.

Accreditation 2012

In 2012 we invited Shawn Achor, author of "The Happiness Advantage", to speak at our Art of Engagement facility about the association between happiness and workplace engagement. The daylong event also offered delegates the opportunity to explore what our state of the art training facility could offer their organisation. For anyone who was unable to make it to the event we have some video highlights of the day.

Accreditation 2011

The focus returned to knowledge sharing and best practice for the 2011 event, which was once again hosted at our Art of Engagement facility. The events gave organisations an opportunity to learn what other accredited organisations were doing to improve workplace engagement and gave us the chance to share our own experience of best practice from studying accredited companies. The event also allowed us to show off the enhancements we had made to our Art of Engagement venue.

Accreditation 2010

2010 saw the launch of our Art of Engagement venue in Milton Keynes. This purpose built environment is the first of its kind anywhere in the world and is designed to help leaders and managers experience, and therefore understand, how best to engage their employees. We invited the CEO and HR Director of each accredited company to come and spend a day at this fantastic facility and learn more about employee engagement.

Accreditation 2009

With the release of the 2009 accredited companies we focused on sharing best practice. The events, hosted at The Cumberland Hotel, offered delegates the opportunity to hear how leaders of fellow accredited organisations successfully engage their people during difficult times. We also took the opportunity to share some of the examples of best practice we identified from the 2009 project. The aim of the event was to give delegates plenty of ideas to take away and implement in their organisations.

Accreditation 2008

For the announcement of the accredited organisations in 2008 we moved to The Cumberland Hotel. The events offered us the opportunity to celebrate the fantastic achievement of all the successful companies. Each event was accompanied by an exclusive Michelin inspired lunch at Gary Rhodes’ Rhodes W1 Brasserie. 2008 saw a 33.5% increase in organisations attemping to achieve star status and saw us survey over 140,000 employees from these organisations.
