Now for the second year Best Companies and the IDeA will celebrate the importance of employee engagement and with it recognise that participating councils are on a journey of improvement, aiming for excellence.

Feedback from many of the participating councils confirmed that this IDeA sponsored initiative provided a valuable insight into workplace engagement and the opportunity to benchmark working practices with other councils.
