Our four principles are honourable: To help make the world a better workplace we too have to be the best workplace we can; for our staff and our clients. So in all our activities we adhere to four core principles of best practice: Care; Humility; Responsibility; Discipline.

To do something to the best of your ability you have to care about it. That’s why at Best Companies we care about everything we do. This means caring about our individual roles within the organisation as well as respecting the roles of others. It means that we care passionately about the purpose of Best Companies, and encourage people to share our passion.

And it means we care equally about our clients, providing them with the best possible service and helping them to become the best possible employers.

Take what you do seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously

At Best Companies we take what we do very seriously. And so we should, our work is helping to redefine the culture of business and employment. Which is quite a responsibility. Therefore, we think it’s important that we keep our feet on the ground and keep our sense of humour.

So while we take our work seriously, we try not to take ourselves too seriously.

Best Companies have a collective responsibility towards the organisations that come to us. But we also practice individual responsibility for our own actions. Only when people are given, and accept, 100% responsibility can they be expected to give their best.
